How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items will take 1-5 business days to process. 

Here is an estimate of the shipping times.  Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs and weather delays.

Where do you ship from?

We hold multiple fulfillment centers, if you have ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately. Our Warehouses are located in California, Shenzhen, and Calgary.

How do I check my tracking number?

Once you have made your purchase please allow 1-5 business days for processing and you can track your order on the track page. You can also email our customer service for your tracking at support@iigears.com

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credits, Shop pay, Apple pay and Paypal.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you entered the wrong information for your order or want to cancel, please contact us at support@iigears.com as soon as possible. Please provide us all the correct information in one email. We can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed immediately after the purchase. 

What is the return and exchange policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer satisfaction guaranteed, if for some reason you are not happy with your order we will refund your order, no questions asked. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unwashed. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect sizing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@iigears.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

What is Buyer's protection

We offer full refunds or replacements for lost or stolen parcels which is covered by our Buyer's protection, this also covers defects and damages caused by shipping.

How do i request to delete my data?
